Vegan Whipped Coffee

Okay, okay so I'm a little late to the whipped coffee party... but in my defense I struggled to get instant coffee in my local grocery stores (thanks Covid19...) Anyways, now that I have enough espresso to last me a lifetime, I decided to create a dairy-free version of this trendy coffee!

Yield: 2 Cups Coffee


2 tablespoons Instant Espresso

2 ½ tablespoons hot water

2 ½ tablespoons coconut sugar

16oz Oat milk or Dairy Free Milk alternative


Method of Preparation:

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, add the espresso, water, and coconut sugar.

Whip on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture has lightened in color and resembles whipped cream.

Spoon the whipped coffee mixture over the iced oat milk and enjoy!

I like to stir mine into the milk so it evenly distributes the coffee flavor!
