Kitchen Sink Chocolate Bark

This is the perfect way to use up the last 3 cashews, 4 pepitas, or whatever other random items you just can't bare to throw away. I am here to help your inner hoarder... Does this bring you joy? No?.. Welp, throw it into this chocolate bark while cleaning out your pantry. I am all about multi-tasking people... who's with me?

Ingredients:

2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

ANYTHING YOU WANT! Harness your inner Willy Wonka

Prepare a baking sheet with wax paper.

Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, heating in 30-second increments, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely melted and no lumps remain.

Pour the chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread the chocolate out evenly using a small offset spatula (if you don't have one use the back of a spoon or a butter knife.

Top with your favorite candy toppings (nuts, dried fruit, sprinkles, seeds, granola).

Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. break into rustic looking sheds and enjoy!

I store mine in the refrigerator. Since the chocolate isn't being tempered (fancy word for shiny and will stay hard at room temperature) you need to store this in the refrigerator or freezer.

ENJOY! :)
