Espresso Yourself - No-Churn "Italian Ice"

This no-churn ice cream comes together in 5 minutes! Its the perfect combo of coconut and coffee! So go ahead, espresso yourself!


2 cups unsweetened coconut milk

1 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk

4 teaspoons instant coffee

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Pinch salt

Method of preparation:

Combine all ingredients in the carafe of a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a dish and freeze, about 4 hours.

Scoop and top with your favorite ice cream toppings! :)
