Dark Chocolate Freezer Fudge

This fudge is made using Broma Dark Chocolate Almond Spread. It is so rich and creamy because it is made with lentils! So it is not only good for you, but tastes super indulgent! The perfect type of fudge is guiltless fudge if you ask me!


1 cup medjool dates, pitted

1 cup Broma Spread

1/2 cup unsweetened cacoa powder

1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

Pinch salt

Sprinkles, optional

Method of Preparation:

Prepare and 8X8-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying it with nonstick spray.

Process the dates in a food processor until smooth.

Add the Broma spread, cocoa powder, coconut oil and salt. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the top with your favorite sprinkles and freeze for 30 minutes to until the fudge is solid.

Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into squares using a sharp chef knife.

Store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
