Dairy-Free Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Because is summer even summer without frozen yogurt?.... NOPE! That's why I whipped up the simplest Nice-Cream recipe ever! Its so refreshing and the best part is... totally guilt free because it is made with a few simple and clean ingredients!


1 tablespoon raw cashew butter

1 cup dairy free coconut milk yogurt, such as Anitas

1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries

1 tablespoon light agave or sweetener of choice (Optional)

Method of Preparation:

In the bowl of a food processor or carafe of a blender, combine the cashew butter, yogurt, raspberries and agave.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and no lumps remain.

Top your raspberry nice-cream with coconut flakes, chocolate chips or eat it as is!

This is the perfect healthy summer treat! Enjoy! :)
