So, I sort of miss Dunkin's coffee coolants... That's why I decided to make this dairy free version with oat milk! Just 4 ingredients and you are on your way to the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! I'm in Florida currently, and with this heat there's nothing better than an icy drink! If it's not a Pina colada these days, it's this dairy free coffee coolants copycat.
2 cups of strongly brewed coffee, chilled
2 cups of ice
1 cup oat milk, I used Oat-ly
3 tablespoon light agave nectar
Method of preparation:
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and pulse until the mixture is cohesive and the ice is a slushy-like texture.
Pour into glasses and top with coconut whipped cream!
Yes... it's that simple!!
