So, fun fact.... I HATE bananas... I pretty much have my entire life. True story my brother would chase me around with banana peels just for fun. Yes, the smell repulsed me that much that I ran away! For all of you banana lovers, I apologize, but for all of you banana haters like me, you are welcome! Finally a peanut butter smoothie that doest start with 1 frozen banana....
1 1/2 cups oat milk
2 tablespoons flax seeds ground
3 tablespoons cocoa powderunsweetened
1 cup vanilla yogurt dairy or non-dairy
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup of ice to taste
Sweetener to taste, I used Agave
Method of Preparation:
Add the oat milk, flax seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla yogurt and peanut butter to your blender. Process until smooth.
Add the ice and the agave to taste and process again. Add more ice if you want the mixture to be thicker.
Serve right away! :)
