This date caramel is perfect for topping off your ice cream, dipping apples or just eating by the spoonful!
8 medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup oat milk or dairy free milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method of Preparation:
Process the dates in a food processor until smooth. Add the oat milk, vanilla and salt and pulse until the mixture is thoroughly combined and no lumps remain.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
