This super easy dessert comes together in no time at all! Personally, I enjoy it for breakfast with fresh fruit or for a mid-afternoon snack when the chocolate craving kicks in! You can add your favorite toppings to make it your very own creation! It’s like making your own ice cream Sundae, but without the sugar crash!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cocao powder
¼ cup black chia seeds
1 teaspoon flax seeds
Pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons light agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup coconut milk or any dairy free milk alternative
¼ cup cold coffee, or cold brew (I use Grady’s Cold Brew in mine!)
Method of Preparation:
Put all of the ingredients except for the chia seeds in a bowl and whisk to combine.
Sprinkle in the chia seeds, and whisk to combine.
Pour into a mason jar or sealable container and refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 4 hours!
Top with your favorite fruit, nuts, seeds, or nut butters!
ENJOY!
